Since 2024, we’ve helped young people from around the world make Ravenna their home. Private, furnished rooms in central shared apartments, professional photos and virtual tours, and a dedicated apartment manager when you need help.

Our shared apartments are located in Via Diaz, Piazza Mameli and Piazza Baracca, in central Ravenna. University sites, cafés and the places where city life happens are within walking or short cycling distance, depending on your destination.

We have welcomed dozens of young residents from numerous countries. In the past year, over 80% of contracts were renewed. We aim to make everyday life simpler: a dedicated apartment manager, equipped shared spaces and clear services.
Our individual rental agreements are available in Italian and English and registered where required. For international residents, we also help navigate the process of obtaining an Italian tax code. How to book from abroad.
